Why 'AuthentiCity'?
The secular techniques we use are authentic and effective; they come from traditions that have been perfecting a science of the mind for over two and a half thousand years. By secular we mean open to all, regardless of belief.
We do our best to be authentic teachers, we will only teach you techniques that we have mastered for ourselves. The techniques we teach can all be empirically validated, and we will never ask you to accept anything that you cannot verify for yourself. We won’t ask you to exchange one set of values for another, instead we will encourage you to strengthen your own inner authenticity, where more and more the actions you take align with the values you hold. This is a healthy and organic approach to reducing anxiety, remorse, dissonance, and inner turmoil. |
