Private Classes in London or Online

£60 groups of up to three participants
We are currently offering 90 minute private classes in our home in London or via Skype. Typically we begin each session with a guided meditation, which we tailor to your personal practice and level of expertise. These private classes are suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
This is your time and the session is entirely focused on your immediate and long term progress. Through discussion, analysis and shared questioning, this is an invaluable opportunity to explore your practice on a much deeper level, working through the difficulties you are facing, and the goals you are working towards. We are familiar with most contemplative traditions, and can incorporate any meditation, insight or mindfulness based practices you already have, as well as guiding you up through the nine classic meditation stages.

One to Ones
Touching in with us every now and again can make a big difference in your meditation training, and your rate of progress through the stages. For those who are already doing private classes, we offer a 30 minute one to one session for £30. We have flexible appointment times, and we ask that you please email us before paying so we can work out a date and time for your session.
